Request Account Deletion

Use the form below to submit a permanent deletion request for your Captain chicken account. We will remove your profile, saved addresses, and marketing preferences while retaining anonymized receipts required by law.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • Your profile, saved addresses, and contact preferences are scheduled for removal within 7 business days.
  • Open orders are cancelled or fulfilled before deletion is finalized.
  • Anonymized receipts that are required for accounting or tax compliance may be retained.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number when the request is completed.
